So like lately I’ve been wanting to lose weight and well just I weigh 170 pounds and it kind of weighs me down if you get me. Well i decided last week starting Monday that I was going to start to lose weight and just, I think about how my weight could affect me later in life and I think to myself “why not just be healthy now and continue to do the same when I’m older,” I wanted to start losing weight and also when I start making my own money and start buying fruits and stuff to eat as snacks instead of all of that junk food.
It’s now the week after and well by the time the winter sports dance popped up i was perfectly fine by then. I actually started to follow and exercising app yesterday and i did the first day twice and then after i was done i did some other workout routine and my own couple of exercises. I feel like theres already results, but only time will tell.
Ive been doing the app and other exercises for 2 days now yesterday and today and its a little difficult, I push myself because I know I can do it. I don’t want to just quit when things get hard I want to be able to push myself to where I can do things more easily.
